This competition was organized to fund the creation of an iconic water carafe to be used in London's pubs and restaurants.

The flowing, changing profile of this design is inspired by the very substance it is destined to embrace. It's gentle downward movement represents the flow of water from the faucet. Admired from different angles its shape alters, interacting with light and reinforcing the notion of running water. The form of a water droplet is integrated as a handle directly into the object for reinforced strength, easy pouring, simple storage and style. The carafe exudes confidence and refined taste at 31 centimetres tall, representing the excellent quality and value of London's tap water.
